Keeper of Sorrows.

Since it seems like most targets seem to be being put on shorter respawn timers, and this seems to be the place to post about ones that aren't. The Keeper of Sorrows in Plane of Torment appears to be on a long respawn timer still, in fact, longer than it even should be. according to mqemulator his respawn should be between 21 hours and 1 day and 2 hours. but i'm pretty sure he has now gone almost 2 full days without respawning. unless he spawned and someone happened to kill him during the few hours i wasn't on yesterday.

i don't know if you want the spawn times on everything shortened or not, but would be awesome if his could be, or if the mob that drops the Keeper of Sorrows alternate flag quest item could be made to spawn.

he had a very long variance - I just set it to a 2 hour spawnrate, with a 5min variance. but since I am at work, I cannot reset the spawn timers in game till I get home tonight.

Awesome! thanks, he's the only thing I'm missing other than that the HoH trials. Apparently he knows I'm after his head, so he's been hiding forever.

spawn timers were reset and are now in-effect.
