The trigger mob to start the Avatar of Water event still seems to be on a one week timer. Also, the Rathe council in poearthb still seems to be on a one week timer as well.

The trigger mob to start the Avatar of Water event still seems to be on a one week timer. Also, the Rathe council in poearthb still seems to be on a one week timer as well. both events will now be doable after 2 hours on fail or success. (changes wont take effect till reboot - hopefully later tonight 9/1) |
