Is there an alternative to finishing flagging for SolRo and Elemental Planes? I keep crashing the PoK zone when i prompt the text "I have new information" and "I have new lore"

I think the reason is that there is some flag along the way you have not done. I and someone else had the same problem. But when I hailed... someone, I was able to do this part properly.
I'd suggest you go see the seer and see if there is some step you haven't been credited for.

Yes , I experienced that too . Tho crashing only happened when clicking on the purple text . Everthing went fine for me using /say lore and /say information .
