I checked to see if I could go there today.
Well you can (went from Stonebrunt).
Got a Sturdy Wrapped Bow (thank god a droppable bow worth using that isn't for Rangers or from the Avatar of War).
Also got a Patchwork Jetsam (30/35 2hb; it is magic here, though on live it was not magic; if I remember correctly; makes no difference in bigger picture).
Not sure what this means. I looked on Tessmage at the drops. Pretty decent stuff for the 40's, but definitely not up there with high end Velious or Luclin items.
I know there are some quests and instances in this expansion, but I don't know them or what you get from them. Right now I wouldn't say this expansion is unbalancing, but it definitely is another blow to "classic" loot.
Anyway I am not sure the quests are working here, I hailed Milius Darkwater who gives the quest for Paladin spells in LoY. He did not respond to hails. The quest might still be working but obviously I did not have the drops to check. And now that I have said this, I hope I looked at the right chat window. I'll check again later.
