UCS still not working or not implemented for RoF/UF clients
Titles still not working at all; are the general chat channels being deliberately governed or omitted?
Guild Creation autonomy still turned off for later clients
Chance to skillup seems reduced on skills that are not automatically advanced or maxxed per level; player combat/casting skills are lagging especially at lower levels
You might want to take this opportunity to review Player Suggestions, if any are relevant to updates or changes you were planning to make anyway

When converting over to the new server (in testing), player of casting classes had their specializations all reset (when the alloted AAs also reset), however those players who spent "Practice points" on them the first time through were not refunded any PPs upon reset; this means that there is no way for high level maxxed-out characters who have spent their 65 levels worth of PPs to acquire any more, or to continue where they left off EVEN for testing purposes; this means that even if I wanted to test things with my Wizard, he's going to have to raise his casting skills all over again, the hard way, with the benefit of requisite Practice Points- an unnecessary and unwelcome burden.
I suspect that even when the old database is transferred to the new server, these things will become an issue, due to the AAs all being changed/reset.
I also highly suspect that LAs (Leadership Abilities) are going to be reset as well, and in my past experience on servers that reset AAs, LAs were also always reset; the problem is that players are only allowed to "Store" 8 LAs total at any given time; therefore, every highly-developed character with over 8 LAs will inadvertently LOSE THEM WITHOUT REFUND if they do not immediately RE-SPEND them before they camp or zone (or, sadly, go linkdead for whatever reason)... requiring a GM with high enough access to intervene and bequeath the missing LAs to each character who had over 8 LAs.
...
You may want to minimize player complaints or needs by offering any of the following-
Access to the command that will reset AAs (and only AAs)
Add a few AAs to every character in the database of any particular level (dumb things like Lay on Hands and Harm Touch start costing AAs, and new ranks of old AAs have been added like Spell Casting Reinforcement) this is just simply a "nice" gesture, and even just 3 or 5 AAs would probably placate everyone
Add 8x LAs to every character in the database over a given level; completely arbitrary to most players on solo servers, but not all
Add "new" "additional" Practice Points to every characters in the database, based on their level (#PPs = 5 x CharLvl), so level 65 characters would get 325 new PPs to work with, and level 1 newbie characters would only get 5 "additional" points. To my knowledge there are no repercussions to doing this, since once spent, the PPs are simply gone from the total, which is likely any valid positive integer between 0 and 32k or 65k, so, no chance of "rolling over" or going negative.

DoT DPS scaling is absent; DoT classes are exceptionally weak
Pet LVL/Power scaling is absent; pets and pet classes are almost worthless
There are no high level Gates weapons available to priests and casters that are obtainable without cheat software; the "required level" stuff that is obtainable from Omens zones are (so far) all req lvl 66-68+
The breaks in PoP progression will almost surely still be there, such as Manaetic Behemoth not being triggerable. Will investigate further as time permits, but the Planar Power AA thing really needs fixed ASAP
It's making it impossible to test the stuff that needs tested; the low end game so far is the usual grind and time/plat sink... I now have a level 20 twink Drakkin Monk with all his teleports paid for, a few tink bags, and some twink garbage testing the low-to-mid game.
