the turn in NPC for the herb is actually in the Swamp of No Hope. Give him the Manisi Herb, and he returns the Refined Manisi Herb. That being said, I could see a problem with that as well so I just changed the task to requiring the Manisi Herb. There should no longer be any reference to the Refined Manisi Herb in the task.

I also inserted a Manisi Herb onto Kzar's cursor

the reason for making the quest 'tedious' as you say, is because the reward is an AA ability that, typically most classes would not have the access to do by themselves (to me, that was a big deal).

I'm glad to see that its useful in other encounters (that's really cool), but it was put in with the idea of it being used (effectively required) in running PoTime....Hence the task name.
