Have been doing alot of LDoN missions lately, mainly for augments, but also because I can't get the required Curse spells to drop for the Server Charm quest; tonight my duo was able to get one mission from Commonlands for Rujarkian Hills in South Ro, np, we entered on time and beat it on time (had about 2 hours and 30 minutes left on timer) and exited the instance. However, fifteen minutes later- even a half hour later-- I was unable to obtain another "adventure" from the group recruiter; neither #count, #collect, rescue, nor boss nor random worked; also neither hard nor normal setting was available-- the recruitment window just gave the error text that "The instances available are zero" or something similar.
We tried the trick of reforming the group to no avail, so, something is amiss with LDoNs- at least at the Commonlands recruiter.
Posting my experience in case others have same issue; I'll try again in a little while, maybe the long timer of three hours per mission will expire by then.

EDIT: I was able to get back in with the same char as leader after an hour or so
