Added items to Tigerclaws
--changed the mounts that TC offers (maybe a couple more will be added)
--added some illusions (maybe a couple more will be added)
--Illusions added to Tigerclaws all have a cast time of 3.0 seconds
--All Augs available from Tigerclaws are now ALL/ALL and fit in aug slots 4, 7, and 8.
