--removed 3 illusions from Tigerclaws; the illusions that were removed are available thru more traditional means.
--Illusions sold by Tigerclaws now are 'insta-cast', however they now have a recast delay on them.
--Spell Casting Reinforcement AA (level 5) for BST CLR DRU ENC PAL RNG SHD SHM is now accessible at level 65 (down from level 85)
--Adjusted droprate for fabled loot on Fabled Tolapumj; there is now an extreme, very high chance of success of fabled loot.
