Necro, SK, and Shaman Lich/Canni Line changes:
--The HP used to gain mana in these spell-lines has been REDUCED in order to take into account the scaling nature of the server environment.
--Necro/Sk spells - the ONLY changes were the amount of 'HP used per tick' to replenish mana/ATK. The amount of mana/ATK replenished is the SAME.
*** this may seem confusing because the amount of 'HP used' does not always increase with a new spell (but the mana/ATK does)
*** example: necro spells Lich and Demi Lich - with this update both pull the same amount of HP per tick, but Demi Lich still returns more mana than Lich does (the amount of mana/atk 'returned' has not been altered for any necro/SK spell)
--Shaman Cannibalize spell line - had the same 'HP per tick' reduction as the Necro and SK spells did, however, the amount of mana replenshied from these spells has been DOUBLED for Shaman ONLY.
Necro spells effected:
#### Dark Pact (pulls zero HP)
#### Allure of Death (HP/tick increase)
#### Call of Bones
#### Lich (HP/tick increase)
#### Demi Lich
#### Arch Lich (HP/tick increase)
#### Ancient: Master of Death
#### Seduction of Saryrn*** (HP/tick increase)
#### Ancient: Seduction of Chaos*** (HP/tick increase)
*** updated illusion effect
SK Spells effected:
#### Dark Temptation (pulls zero HP)
#### Call of Darkness (HP/tick increase)
#### Deathly Temptation (HP/tick increase)
#### Pact of Hate (HP/tick increase)
Shaman Spells effected:
#### Cannibalize (pulls zero HP - Mana returned DOUBLED)
#### Cannibalize II (HP/tick increase - Mana returned DOUBLED)
#### Cannibalize III (HP/tick increase - Mana returned DOUBLED)
#### Cannibalize IV (HP/tick increase - Mana returned DOUBLED)
Tigerclaws merchant list update:
--Velium Mastodon Fur Cloak now available for alt currency purchase. (same cost of an illusion, hmmm)
Loottable updates:
--Added additional loot items per kill for Fabled Arch Duke Iatol
--Added additional loot items per kill for Fabled Tolapumj
Veeshan Peak Dragon Special Attack updates:
--Hoshkar, Xygoz, Druushk, Nexona, Silverwing, and Phara Dar had all of their 'swiss-cheese' special attacks re-organized.
--It appeared some of the VP 1.0 and 2.0 special abilities (attacks) were mixed up on the named dragons. (fixed)
Drubo Quest: Denizens of Debauchery
--This quest will have its own post detailing the how the quest works. However it is being introduced with this server update so I am noting it here.

Chromatic Metal Shard drop rate
--The process of a mob dropping a shard hasnt changed as far as droprate; however if any mob does happen to drop a shard, a script will run on NPC death that gives another chance at getting a shard, and if successful the script will fire off again for another chance at a shard! the script will fire off each time a shard is dropped. Theoretically, a drop could include 3, 4, 5 or more on any kill. Its just highly unlikely to happen because the script would have to 'hit the lotto' on consecutive rolls. The goal here was to slightly increase the number of shards dropping for players.
--My goal is to have the Chromatic Metal Shard as an heirloom item, but from what I can tell the heirloom flag in the eqemu environment is not functioning properly.
