By defailt in the eqemulator code, certain races start out with 95 common tongue instead of 100, making text look like its got a bunch of heavy typos. I always considered this a bug and i'm not sure why it was coded this way in the first place because this isnt how it is on live. If you consider this a bug as well, then it would be awesome to fix this. As you can see here is the default code in client.cpp, it just requires changing the 95's to 100:
