Lcea in Katta and Seru in Sanctus

Neither one is up.  I was checking Katta last night as well as today because you need Lcea for the earring quest.

Something is up with some of these mobs, maybe just luclin ones because I have checked repeatedly and never seen the Arch Lich up.  I suspect both Lcea and Seru as the same way, because I don't think anyone else would have bothered with them at this point.

AL doesn't spawn when you kill Rhag1 and Rhag2? If memory serves me correctly you have to kill both Rhag1 and Rhag2 to get him to spawn.

Hmmm I did not know that.

There are many Rhags in Ssra, including the ones right by him. I take it you mean the one on the first floor, and the one on the second?

Looked for Lcea Katta and Seru again. Neither were up.
