I am trying to progress through the server in order of content release. I'm working on my warrior epic although I am stuck on the red and green dragon scales as it seems neither Talendar or Severilous are spawning. Can you please check to see why they aren't spawning?

Well they should be up right now, since the server was rebooted (killed Seru last night).
Only a one time thing though.d At least until the problem is fixed.

Oh yeah, the guy in the hole drops a red scale. Plus isn't there some quest for changing the scale color? I vaguely remember that.

Thanks. I logged in and Sev was there and I got the green scales. I had no luck finding Tal, but I may have just missed him. I can always use a twink to kill Naggy and get the red scales.

Echo of Nortlav in the Hole drops it too. 35% chance, spawns ever 10 minutes or so (well he is supposed to).

It was my bad. I was looking in the wrong spot for Talendor. I remembered his patrolling path differently. Killed him yesterday and again this morning, so he is spawning fine.

If you ever go for Yelinak let me know. That Mofo has been on my list for a long time, but I have never actually managed to find him in Skyshrine.
That zone... geez what were they thinking with it? Did they think it was going to be some popular raid zone or something? They put an incredible amount of work into that place, and I'm not sure it was ever used that much by players.
