Tried to do him tonight, got flag from gnome. The Behemoth just never becomes targettable.

Did you stop the little clockworks on both sides from entering his room? IF the script hasn't been altered then this is the method to making him targetable.

We killed a zillion of them. Of course teh spiders are always spawning.

it works as long as the spiders from both sides are kept from reaching him for a few minutes. i did it on my beastlord by setting a key that did both the "target nearest NPC" command and /pet attack, standing in the room with him and back far enough so most of the space between him and both doors was on my screen, with my pet set to guard under him and spamming that key. i was able to get him to activate solo that way. not sure how you would go about getting him activated solo as a non-pet class.
