Best Orc Pawn drop ever

I was killing orc pawns in west common lands for Monk faction and one of them dropped 7 rusty daggers and a Talisman of Vah Kerrath.  Don't get me wrong, I will keep it, but odd that a orc pawn dropped it, especially since it is supposed to be the result of a quest.  I feel like I won the lotto!
