Hello,
in Plane of Earth B the A Rathe Councilman spawns for Avatar of Earth are not up.
was checking today for few hours.
In Plane of Water the Guardian of Coirnav was not up to to start the event.
Strange is when i zone into it. He was up for few secs and despawned on the map.
Maybe if you have time, it would be nice if you can check the timers for it.
