Froglok Armsman & Bartender

I don't see either of these named in Old Sebilis.  I must have gone through 30 spawn cycles and nothing.  Are they spawning?  The appear to be super rare if they are on a cycle.

Everything else in Seb seems to be doing fine apart from these two mobs.  These are the only two I haven't seen.

I got one on Furn's server because I made it a point of hitting the armsman ever last time I went to Sebilis.

You know the Armsman spawn spot right? Kind of on the other side from Froggy.

The Truncheon is a 20% drop chance. The Armsman is only a 14% chance to spawn. So to look at the math one way, you have a 2.8% chance of seeing him with that thing any time you pop your head into his room.

The Spawn is only 11m or so. If you say that on average you see a Truncheon drop every 33 times or so there is a spawn there that is between 6 or 7 hours to have a really reasonable chance to get one.

But honestly it is worth it. Seriously think of that proc, 50% slow. That is going to absolutely huge against a mob that can be slowed (surprisingly Vulak can be, not sure how many other raid mobs). If I were doing it, I would get a pair of Jsticks and swing those till I got a tash proc, then swap in Trunch till I got a slow proc. Then again if you get weapon affinity, the Jsticks might not be worth bothering with. Sooner or later one of those slows will stick.

Sounds like a pita but against these raid mobs from Velious on you are going to be there a while, so it is well worth it. Both the camp and gymnastics.

Dunno maybe you can leave Higbi at that camp while you are leveling warrior or something. It really isn't that bad a camp, just long. And it is droppable, so you will only ever need one. Although since it is warrior only...

The bartender is a 16% chance to appear, according to MQEmulator he spawns about 21.6 times a day (11m spawn).

Yes, I was there for hours last night and never saw him. I then started resetting the zone and did that about 15 times without a pop.
